did you fill those fish with catnip?! hehe, that would be great! i printed the pattern for the fishes when you first posted it...lol, still haven't gotten around to making any tho! maybe i should do that this week.
Hmm, I didn't think of filling them with catnip ... what a great idea! I'm up to 12 fish now. I've started working on squares for an afghan though so the fish are on pause until I get tired of the squares. :-P
I had an idea about these fish! A friend of mine is looking for a cat, so I went with her to the shelter to play with kitties. I am always seeing things about knitting/crafting animal beds or blankets for pets in shelters, how cool would it be to donate homemade toys for the kitties?! I'm going to inquire this weekend if there are any special things I would need to do to make it work out.
Speaking of afghan's...I have a couple I need to start on! The other gal in my department told us this week she's pregnant, so I want to make her a baby blanket, and then I have a friend who's bday is in June or July, something like that, and I promised him a hand knit afghan! Good times to be had!
